SDR can recover data from all types of servers, and multi-disk
systems. SDR has recovered data from all types of configurations
and hybrid systems. When you send your RAID or multi-disk system
for recovery, SDR knows exactly what needs to be done.
Our specialized recovery engineers will first take inventory of
system and the overall configuration. Our unique proprietary technology
and software tools allow us to recover data from any RAID configuration
or multi-drive array no matter how exotic or complex.
Because our recovery techniques are not dependent upon emulating
the server's hardware and software configuration, we are able
to recover data faster and more cost effectively. In most cases,
our technicians can assess the situation within 6 to 8 hours.
Steps to Successfully
Recovering Your Data
You can start the recovery process now and receive a job
tracking number by filling out our online evaluation form.
You will need to ship the media to our laboratory. We recommend
Express Post or TNT for your shipment. You are welcome to bring
the server into the lab. If you are going to remove the drives
from the Raid card please make sure each drive is clearly marked
in sequence. Remember that if you need help, you can contact a
representative 24 hours a day.
When we first receive your Raid drives and/or server it is logged into our
tracking system if you have not already received a job number.
One of our helpful client services representatives will
contact you and verify any important information we may
need. You may also complete an evaluation form and include
it with your media. The Raid drive or server is then quickly sent into
the laboratory for evaluation.
Our engineers will then evaluate the Raid drives or server within 4
to 6 hours and create the best solution for your particular
situation. You will be sent a laboratory report and quotation
detailing the problems and failures found, the time needed
to recover the data, and the cost.
Once we receive your authorization to proceed, our technicians
will attempt to recover the critical target data from your
Raid drives or server. The recovered data is then transferred to a secure
media and taken through a quality control check to insure
validity.
Depending on the type of service you requested an average
recovery could take as little as 12 to 24 hours.
