tracking number by filling out our online evaluation form.
You will need to ship the media to our laboratory. We recommend
Express Post or TNT for your shipment. Remember that if
you need help, you can contact a representative 24 hours
a day.
When we first receive your hard disk it is logged into our
tracking system if you have not already received a job number.
One of our helpful client services representatives will
contact you and verify any important information we may
need. You may also complete an evaluation form and include
it with your media. The hard disk is then quickly sent into
the laboratory for evaluation.
Our engineers will then evaluate the hard disk within 4
to 6 hours and create the best solution for your particular
situation. You will be sent a laboratory report and quotation
detailing the problems and failures found, the time needed
to recover the data, and the cost.
Once we receive your authorization to proceed, our technicians
will attempt to recover the critical target data from your
hard disk. The recovered data is then transferred to a secure
